Welcome to the Livie & Luca UK website.  We sell our products to you subject to the terms and conditions listed here.  Please read them carefully before using the website.  By using the website, you are signifying your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Price

All products are inclusive of all taxes but do not include delivery charges.

Livieandluca.co.uk reserves the rights to modify its prices at any time without prior notice.  The products will be purchased according to the price at the time the order is completed. 

Sale Items

All items purchased in the sale are final.  We will not exchange or refund sale items.

Delivery  dispatch

Orders placed on the livieandluca.co.uk website will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

Delivery costs and timescales

Orders will be shipped via Team C courier on a next business day delivery.

An email with your delivery details will be sent, so you can track or amend your order to suit.

NBD Delivery Cost: £3.99 + £1.00 per additional shoe

SALE ITEMS WILL BE SENT:

Deliveries will be sent ‘Recorded Signed For’ via Royal Mail and will incur the following costs:

1st Class: £3.99  1–2 working days

The above charges are per pair. If more than one pair are shipped together then £0.75 per additional pair will be charged

Livieandluca.co.uk is more than happy to ship internationally incurring the below delivery costs:

Europe: £8.99 +£3.00 per additional shoe

International: £9.99 + £3.00 per additional shoe

Payment

Customers may pay for their purchases by:

Exchanges, returns and refunds

The customer has a legal cooling-off period of seven working days starting the day after delivery to cancel the contract.

Livieandluca.co.uk extends this period to 21 days from the date of the order to return items, provided that the conditions stated in the paragraph below are met.

Conditions of exchange and return

The product(s) returned must be new, unused and perfectly intact. Any exchange or return must be done via an exchange or return request sent to info@livieandluca.co.uk.

Livie & Luca will give you a returns number, that must be included with your return for it to be processed efficiently.

The exchange order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the returned items being returned to stock and delivery will be free of charge if within the UK.

If the amount of the customer's exchange order is lower than the initial order, livieandluca.co.uk will refund the difference within 15 days of receipt of returned package in our warehouse.

The customer must obtain and retain the proof of postage of the package.  If the package is lost, no refund will be given.

Product condition

All returned products must be sent back completely intact.

On receipt of the package, livieandluca.co.uk will judge whether the goods are in perfect condition. No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and if this use or damage has rendered the products unsuitable for sale. If the return is refused by livieandluca.co.uk, the products will then be returned to the customer at livieandluca.co.uk's expense.

The customer may not demand any compensation nor is he entitled to any refund, unless he subsequently exercises his warranty rights for sold goods.

In the event of an exchange, if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and if this use or damage has rendered them unsuitable for sale, livieandluca.co.uk may exercise all corresponding actions of recovery from the customer.
