The Livie & Luca story...

Livie & Luca childrens shoes incorporate brightly coloured leathers, bold designs and whimsical modern touches that capture the playful essence of childhood. Livie & Luca's designs are inspired by nature, folklore and the rich imagination of children. Their comfortable construction allows kids to navigate playgrounds, city streets and dirt pathways with style and ease.

Livie & Luca was formed in 2005 when friends, all new mums, compared notes and discovered there weren't any shoes on the market with the modern designs, flexible soles and affordable prices they craved. Deciding to create their own shoes, Livie & Luca was born, with the fitting tagline "Adorable shoes for adorable feet."

With an independent spirit and a commitment to giving back, Livie & Luca partners with its customers and Art for Humanity to facilitate the donation of gently-worn shoes to children in Honduras. Children living in poverty are given possibly their first pair of shoes for school and protection from soil-borne infections caused by walking barefoot.

Designed to "tread lightly" on the earth, Livie & Luca incorporates eco-friendly practices wherever possible. This commitment to the environment combined with fresh designs and taking cues from children's creativity has created the magic that is Livie & Luca.

Artisan Touch
We want people to remember that our baby and toddler shoes are made by hand. To reduce our carbon footprint, Livie & Luca chooses to use remains of high quality leather that would otherwise be discarded. In addition, because they are handmade, every pair of shoes will be a little different. Each pair of shoes is as unique as the child who wears them.

We are passionate about our baby and toddler shoes and all of their possibilities.  We truly believe that our baby and toddler shoes are capable of spreading a little joy while providing little people with a comfortable and adorable shoe!
